Any customer who purchases a product from eldorjewellery.gr reserves the right within fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product or products purchased for any reason, even unnecessary and request replacement with another product. For reasons of hygiene, changes to earrings are made strictly within 2 days.
The above right exists only if the product or the products are in their original condition without the packaging or the product itself being put into operation or have been damaged. If eldorjewellery.gr finds that none of the above holds any of the above, it reserves the right to refuse the replacement. The cost of returning the product or products to our headquarters is borne solely by the customer / buyer. The shipment cost of the new product that the customer will choose for replacement, is charged to the customer. The returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt (receipt, invoice).
It is also possible to cancel your order before we send your order. Cancellation request is possible by sending an e-mail to info@eldorjewellery.gr
